What You NEED to be an Exhibitor

2008 Information

Now, all the information you need as an exhibitor is available here on the web site in PDF format.  If you need a packet mailed to you, please send an email to Nancy Meyer at NMEYER@ccbcmd.edu

Troubleshooting:   If you experience problems loading the PDF documents, please right click on the link on this page, select the SAVE AS option and save the PDF to your desktop.  DO NOT close the download window.  After the document is saved to your desk top, click the OPEN option in the download window and the document should open.  (This problem occurs when there is a conflict with the Acrobat Reader and your Browser - reinstalling either does not correct the problem.)

• WELCOME LETTER [PDF] - Letter given to all exhibitors with some general information about the Expo and AAWCC.
   

• Full-Page Flyer [PDF] that you can print and distribute at your place of business, or other locations to help promote both your business and the Expo.
   

• FLYER 3X3 [PDF] - Printable 3 to a page flyer that you can make copies of and distribute every where you want to promote your business and the Women's Expo.  Print them on brightly colored paper for better notice.
    

• MAP TO EXPO [PDF] - A printable map with basic directions to CCBC and showing where exhibitors need to park.
